It’s my job to help you clarify your direction, identify what expansion or change will clear the path, and support the growth needed to move forward into your true purpose. I use a variety of tools, adapting my approach to each organization’s situation. In addition to traditional coaching techniques, I may use communication training, muscle testing, emotional release procedures, belief restructuring, or spiritual direction methods.

How it goes…

I offer an initial consultation to help us both decide if it’s a good fit. I provide you with a growth plan that may include individual coaching, team-building, & leadership development. I will make on-site visits as needed. You reap the rewards. I remain available to you as long as you want.
